So, as promised, I talk a bit about the Festival of German Films in London.
The movies:
"A heroe's welcome" (a German family deals with the consequences of war).
"The anarchist's wife" (family goes through Spanish Civil War).
"Trade" (uncompromising view of human traffic centred around child prostitution).
"The stranger in me" ( postnatal depression )
Went to a leaving do yesterday. A bit depressing.

I was pleased to read this fascinating document which addresses such difficult to understand issues as "why do public toilets matter?"
It's good to know that the government is looking at the provision of public toilets from every
conceivable angle.
